How It Works
Factory Assembly
The module is fully assembled in Podolsk or Kaluga: glazing, finishes, and engineering systems. A completed unit arrives on site.
Low-Loader and Security
Long-haul trailer with a tail lift, two drivers on long-distance runs, and full-value cargo insurance.
Unloading and Installation
Crane for unloading (if needed), placement on foundation or piles, and utility connections. Turnkey handover in 1–3 days.
