Choosing a Direction
Both options are built on our core expertise: the design, engineering, manufacturing and installation of glass and mirror houses, saunas, terraces, pavilions and bespoke glass buildings, with 18 years of experience and more than 200 completed projects.
Mirror cabins, glass saunas, rooftop glass terraces and glass pavilions create a distinctive product that is hard to copy. Architecture alone is not enough for an investment decision: demand, budget, timeline, operations and deal structure are each worked through separately.
Our portfolio projects help you assess the company's engineering and construction expertise. Inclusion in the portfolio does not mean that a project is part of an investment offer or is pledged as collateral. Some projects are subject to a non-disclosure agreement.

Both equity participation and financing are considered. The share, rate, term, payments and collateral are determined during project discussions and set out in the contract.
Location is agreed with the investor. For investors from the US and Europe, participation is offered through the planned new company in the United States or Europe; each deal is reviewed by lawyers, including for sanctions compliance.
