We have our own production in Podolsk and Kaluga, a showroom unit at kilometer 65 of the MKAD, a warehouse of finished modules, and three installation crews. That is why the timeline from request to completed project is 7–14 days for mobile modules if the model is in stock. If a specific configuration is made to order, add 4–8 weeks of production. Turnkey capital projects take 2–4 months.

Winter −30 °C, summer +35 °C — the glass must perform year-round
- Double- and triple-chamber insulated glass units with energy-saving low-e coating. Thermal resistance up to 1.0 m²·°C/W.
- Thermally broken profile with thermal bridges eliminated — no freezing corners and no condensation on the glass.
- Underfloor heating, hydronic or electric, across the entire glazed area — no “icy” perimeter.
- Forced ventilation with heat recovery — no fogging on the glass in winter.
- Snow load on the roof and canopies is calculated for Russia's Snow Zone III (240 kgf/m²).
- Solar-control films or multifunctional glass — it does not turn into a greenhouse in summer.

How long does it take to build a glass house in the Moscow Region?
If the selected mobile module is in stock at the factory, delivery and installation take 7–14 days from the date the contract is signed. If the module is made to order, add 4–8 weeks of production time depending on the product line and configuration. A turnkey capital-grade project takes 2–4 months. We confirm availability of a specific model at the quoting stage.
Where is the display unit located?

Where do you deliver projects to the Moscow Region from?
We have our own production with two facilities: Podolsk and Kaluga. This shortens the delivery leg to any point in the Moscow Region to 1–2 days. The finished-module warehouse is in Podolsk.
Do you work with sites on Rublyovka, Novaya Riga and the Dmitrovskoye highway?
Yes. The western and northwestern directions are our core geography. We take into account each community's requirements regarding architectural concept, load class and access logistics through gated entries.
Do you build mirrored houses in the Moscow Region?
Yes. Mirrored houses, bathhouses, pavilions and extensions are a dedicated focus of the company. The mirror façade reflects the surrounding nature on the outside and offers full transparency from the inside. Learn more on the /zerkalnye page.
Can I visit the finished-module warehouse?
