A made-to-order glass sauna starts with choosing the dimensions, layout, glazing type and steam-room finishes. The proposal specifies the stove, lighting, benches, ventilation and required utility connections; equipment is selected for the specific configuration.
A mirrored mini-sauna can be built on a timber or steel frame. We agree on the reflective coating, entrance placement, foundation, transport and installation. A ready-made sauna is not assumed to be in stock by default.
Turnkey means an agreed final result, not just a finished outer shell. Steam-room finishes, equipment, utility connections, foundation and commissioning must be listed separately in the estimate and contract.
The placement of the steam room, lounge, shower and changing area is defined by your brief. For a mobile banya we check transport dimensions, site access, unloading and the foundation in advance.
A bespoke made-to-order banya lets us tie the architecture to the house and landscape. We select the structure and glazing and discuss the humidity regime, ventilation, operational safety and ease of maintenance.
