Choose a standard model as a starting point or commission a fully custom design. Before signing, we agree on dimensions, glazing, foundation, finishes, engineering systems, and the scope of work. Availability of a ready-built house for immediate delivery is confirmed separately.
A custom mirrored house can be mobile or permanent. We select the reflective coating, layout, and opening sizes; privacy is assessed based on interior and exterior light levels, not by the name of the glass alone.
We define "turnkey" as a complete, agreed scope from design to project handover. The contract lists the foundation, thermal envelope, finishes, equipment, engineering, and utility connections; any work not listed in the proposal is not considered included.
Mobile and transportable houses require checking transport dimensions, site access, and unloading. A bespoke permanent house requires a foundation design and on-site construction planning; the delivery method is chosen before production begins.
Share your requirements for area, number of stories, room layout, and budget. We first assess technical feasibility, then prepare a proposal for design and construction; complex multi-story projects require a separate estimate.
To buy a turnkey house without ambiguities in the estimate, compare like for like: area, IGUs, doors, foundation, finishes, engineering systems, delivery, and installation. The published models serve as a starting point; the final price is fixed in the proposal.

Yes, custom dimensions are addressed within the project. For a transportable house we verify logistics; for a permanent house we agree on the structural design, foundation, and construction volume.
A thermal envelope does not mean a house ready to live in. Turnkey implies a scope of work fixed in the contract through to handover, so finishes, engineering, and utility connections must be verified against the estimate.
