A manufacturing facility and a resort in one project

1. Manufacturing facility. Equipment and an assembly line for prefab glass and mirror houses, glass saunas and pavilions, plus showcase models for buyers.
2. Resort or glamping retreat. Mirror cabins, glass saunas and an event pavilion on one site: a working showcase of the product and a source of hospitality revenue.
3. Sales to third parties. Modules for glamping operators, hotels, developers and private homeowners.

Why manufacturing and hospitality work together

The facility supplies the resort with its own modules, and the resort shows buyers how the product performs in real use, in every season. The project has two revenue streams: product sales and hospitality. The final configuration, site and phasing are shaped around the chosen location.

• Project financing secured by assets: equipment, finished modules or land, as agreed
• Staged funding tied to construction and production milestones

What we prepare for the investor

A business plan and financial model, site selection criteria, production layout and equipment list, construction schedule, and a reporting and expense-approval procedure.

Location and legal structure are agreed with the investor. For investors from the United States and Europe, participation is offered through the planned new company in the US or Europe (see US & Europe expansion); every deal is reviewed by lawyers, including for sanctions compliance. We do not promise guaranteed returns: the economics are modeled together with the investor.
