Options under consideration
Who we would like to talk to
- Investors. Equity or financing for the new company in the United States or Europe.
- Manufacturers. Metal fabrication, aluminum systems, glass processing and insulated glass units.
- Hospitality operators. Glamping resorts, hotels, spa and wellness properties that need mirror cabins, saunas and pavilions.
- Developers and architects. Residential and commercial projects with structural glazing, glass extensions and conservatories.
- Dealers and distributors. Representation of the product line in a specific country or region.
How the new business would be set up
The country and format will be chosen based on market demand, available production partners, costs and investor interest. Investment would go into a newly established company in the United States or Europe that operates under local law, with local suppliers, local staff and certification to local building codes: the International Building Code in the US, and Eurocodes and CE marking in the EU.
Every partnership will be reviewed by lawyers in the relevant jurisdiction, including compliance with sanctions and export-control rules. Terms, ownership and financing structure are discussed individually; the business plan and financial model are prepared together with the partner. We do not promise guaranteed returns.
Questions from investors and partners
Has the decision to relocate been made?
Not yet. The founder is considering opening a branch or relocating the business and is evaluating countries and formats. The final decision depends on discussions with investors and partners.
Which countries are being considered?
The United States and European countries. We are open to proposals for a specific state or country where there is demand, a production base and partner support.
Can investors from the US and Europe participate?
The format under discussion is participation in a new company established in the US or Europe. The structure of each deal is reviewed by lawyers for compliance with applicable law, including sanctions regulations.
Will products be shipped from Russia?
The plan is based on local manufacturing and local suppliers in the target market. Our experience and engineering solutions would be transferred to the new company.
What investment amount is expected?
It depends on the format: a sales and installation branch requires far less capital than a full manufacturing facility. We discuss the budget after an initial conversation.
