Stage 1. Concept (2 weeks)
We define what the complex should include: one steam room or three, whether there will be a plunge pool or swimming pool, and whether a banquet area is needed. We review the site, utility connections, and constraints on height and footprint.
Stage 2. Architectural Design (4–6 weeks)
We prepare floor plans, facades, 3D visualizations, and a specification of glass and materials. Approvals with the client are handled in stages. The deliverable is a complete set of drawings and cost estimates.
Stage 3. Glass and Frame Manufacturing (6–8 weeks)
Tempering of the glass, cutting to size, tinting or laminated glass where required. Fabrication and painting of the aluminum or steel frame. All components arrive on site ready for assembly.
Stage 4. Site Preparation and Foundation (3–4 weeks)
Clearing, leveling, drainage. Foundation pouring (strip footing or slab). Routing of utilities — electrical, water, sewer, and ventilation.
Stage 5. Structural Installation (3 weeks)
Assembly of the frame, installation of insulated glass units, roofing, and doors. In parallel — interior partitions of the steam rooms and insulation of thermal zones.
Stage 6. Interior Work and Engineering (4 weeks)
Installation of stoves (electric, wood-fired, or gas), plunge pools, showers, tiling, underfloor heating, lighting, ventilation, and audio systems.
Stage 7. Handover and Commissioning (1 week)
Testing of all systems, client training, and delivery of documentation and warranties. The first firing is performed under the supervision of our specialist.
