A glass pavilion around the water
We design the enclosure of a space built around a pool, plunge pool, and waterside lounge. We begin by separating the scopes: the pool shell and water treatment, the humidity regime, the pavilion structure, and utility connections must be coordinated, but they are not a single service by default.
Space configurations
Freestanding pavilion
A volume for a pool and lounge area on the site. Dimensions are determined not only by the pool itself, but also by walk-around zones and maintenance access.
Attached pool pavilion
We connect the structure to an existing house. We review the junction details and delineate construction and engineering scopes.
Glazed plunge pool area
An intimate space next to a bathhouse or spa. Seasonality and the degree of openness are fixed before selecting structural components.
Design brief
Operating regime
We clarify seasonality, water and air temperatures, expected occupancy, and the water treatment system. This data is passed on to climate engineers.
Systems and materials
We discuss ventilation, dehumidification, drainage, and material compatibility with the environment. Specific solutions and specifications are confirmed by the project design.
Facades and roof
We consider panoramic glazing, a glass or hybrid roof, and door assemblies; maintenance access is accounted for.
What the price includes
Building envelope
We list the foundation, framework, glazing, roof, and installation separately. Work on an existing pool shell is quoted per the brief.
We do not hide adjacent costs
Pool equipment, water treatment, dehumidification, and interior finishes are not automatically included in the price of the insulated envelope.

Are you building the pool together with the pavilion?
The main offering on this page is the design and construction of the pavilion envelope. The pool shell, waterproofing, and equipment require a separate agreement on scope and contractors.
Is a mirrored facade possible?
This option can be considered. Appearance and degree of reflectivity are agreed alongside lighting and operational requirements.
Can you enclose an existing pool?
We need to review the position of the pool shell, the foundation, the engineering systems, and installation access. The decision is made after checking the initial data.
Buy a pool pavilion or order it turnkey
Can I buy a glass pavilion for a pool?
A pavilion can be ordered for an existing or planned pool shell. Before fabrication, we need the dimensions, foundation layout, walkways, opening elements, and intended use.
A custom pool pavilion: what matters?
In custom design we address humidity, corrosion resistance, ventilation, and glazing maintenance. A custom pavilion cannot be chosen based on covered area alone.
What is included in a turnkey pool pavilion?
The framework and glazing are not equivalent to building the pool itself. The pool shell, water treatment, dehumidification, and climate control are included only within an agreed scope of work.
