What custom delivery means
Architectural language
Clear or mirrored glass, exposed or visually concealed fasteners, and combinations of metal, wood, and other materials. Each choice is made in the context of the whole building.
Design package
Concept, architecture, structural design, foundation, glazed envelope, and MEP sections are developed based on the actual scope of the order.
Construction and manufacturing
Factory assembly, delivery of a finished module, or on-site installation are chosen according to the technical and logistical brief. Not every glass building is transportable.

Scope
We separate design, weather-tight shell, finishes, and MEP systems. Every line item in the proposal must be clear to the client.
Confidentiality
We work on projects that require heightened confidentiality. Some portfolio materials have been altered in agreement with clients; restricted data and locations are not published.

This is about glass architecture, not about the absence of other materials. Our projects include a load-bearing frame, foundations, roofing details, MEP systems, and finishes.
Can I commission design only, without construction?
A design-only scope can be discussed. The composition of the documentation and the boundaries of responsibility are fixed in the contract.
Do you have ready-made buildings?

Where can I buy a glass house or a glass sauna?
Choose the relevant section of the QUARTZ ECO catalog. For houses and saunas you can request a proposal for a specific model or a custom project; the availability of a completed unit is confirmed separately.
How do I commission a turnkey glass space?
Start with the intended use: living, leisure, plants, sports, dining, or events. It determines the design, engineering, and full scope of work up to handover.
Made-to-order and custom-built glass buildings: how to choose the format?
Factory manufacturing is not suitable for every geometry or site. Before the proposal, we clarify dimensions, foundation, transport, installation, and whether on-site construction is required.
