All-season restaurant terrace
A thermal envelope, sliding doors, and usage scenarios across the seasons. A seasonal veranda and a heated dining room are governed by different technical specifications.
Mirrored café or coffee shop
A reflective façade as part of the brand concept. Factory readiness, dimensions, and transport logistics are determined for each specific project.
Architecture and restaurant operations
Seating and service
Before dividing the façades into modules, we account for the furniture plan, circulation routes, entrances, and equipment locations. We do not set guest capacity based on glazing area alone.
Climate and engineering
We align the input data for heating, ventilation, power supply, and drainage. Kitchen exhaust and process equipment require a separate brief.
Light and privacy
Clear, solar-control, and mirrored insulated glass units are selected to suit the dining room orientation and atmosphere. We compare physical samples, not just polished renderings.
How to commission the build
Brief
We need the installation site, the concept, a preliminary layout, seasonality, and the anticipated scope of work. Where relevant, we bring your architect and food service consultant into the process.
Proposal
We break out design, structure, glazing, installation, engineering systems, and interior finishes. Kitchen equipment, furniture, and restaurant opening are not included automatically.
A premium project without abstract promises
Instead of a payback guarantee, we align on measurable parameters: dimensions, structural composition, finishes, scope boundaries, and the handover procedure.
